Cebu Pacific (CEB) continues to operate flights to Bangkok from both Manila and Clark. For those who are traveling to/from Bangkok from May 17-31 but wish to rebook or cancel their flights, they may do so without penalty. Please call the CEB call center at (02) 7020-888 for more information.
