Cebu Pacific exempted for the planned restructuring of fees by CAB
Cebu Pacific (CEB) is exempted for the planned restructuring of fees by Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) just to deliver the P80-million revenue target set by the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). This is because Department of Justice (DOJ) has decided to bar them from charging regulatory taxes to airlines with congressional franchises of which Cebu Pacific (CEB) is one of them.
